This training class was brilliant! Very calm environment and patient leader. Shell is clearly very passionate about what she does, so much so after explaining that we struggle with our working hours and our puppies energy, she now walks them twice a week, the dogs adore her. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Shell is incredibly patient, very knowledgeable and always operates with a smile. My boy has come on so far with the help of these sessions. I would recommend Shell to anybody.

We have been puppy training with Shell for around 4 weeks. As well as in person training, she has sent us a vast amount of super helpful info, tips and recommendations, she is always at hand for support , and always willing to help where she can. Shell makes it look so easy, as she is a natural with all the dogs, and seems so patient with them. We are so happy we have found The Perfect Pet Training academy. Shell trained our golden retriever as a puppy a few years ago and we found her classes to be really useful. A few years on she has now been working with him for the best part of 2023 on his leash re-activity. Our boy loves Shell and we have noticed he has become a calmer, more relaxed dog as the year has gone on. Shell is very passionate about what she does and she is always able to offer advice on any dog-related issue.

Amazing trainer, goes above and beyond. We have an XL Bully puppy and currently with all the bad media and publicity has gave me and my partner bad anxiety about if we should carry on taking her to puppy classes as didn't want to make Shell or others uncomfortable. But Shell has been so supportive about the whole situation giving us advice and making us feel like we are wanted in training regardless of what the media says. Can't thank you enough for that Shell and helping boost our confidence once again after it being knocked, appreciate it more than you ever know 👍 Recommend highly.

Shell is a wonderful trainer. Every week starts with a recap of the week before and goes through step by step of each task. My little lab struggled with a few things and Shell helped me 1 to 1 and gave me some helpful advice for my pup. I definitely recommend The Perfect Pet Training Academy to new pet owners! I stumbled across the Perfect Pet Company by accident and my first question was ‘can you train the untrainable’. Shell certainly rose to the challenge and worked with us on a one to one basis with Casper to start with. She really understood the dog and tailored the training accordingly. Once the basics were covered we joined in her boot camp which was brilliant. Shell goes above and beyond and is always available to help and advise. I would highly recommend the Perfect Pet Company.

Myself @ my cocker spaniel are going to Shell's puppy class. Katie gets very excited but Shell has been very patient with us and gives us lots of encouragement.

A great trainer who really knows about dogs. Explains doggie behaviour in a way us humans can understand. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Highly recommend her
