I requested morphine from my doctor which I needed for severe pain the doctor sent the prescription to the chemist on the 28/10/24 I am still waiting for delivery of that prescription the date today 10/11/2024 disgusted on there customer service if you want to keep in business improve you service and staff

When I finally had my new inhaler prescribed by the GP, I went in on Friday last week to be told they dont stock it and would be ready Monday afternoon. Wasn’t able to get to the pharmacy until this morning due to illness, then to be told my inhaler wasn’t delivered on Monday and now have to wait until tomorrow morning. I feel like if I didn't come to collect it, they would never have known it was not delivered! I’ve had my inhaler changed because I really struggle with my asthma this time of year and for a week now I’ve been relying on my reliever to breathe! I appreciate you dont stock all medications, but does somebody take responsibility to check what was ordered has actually arrived? And if items are missing they are then re-ordered?

Very incompetent service. Takes days to get prescription. Keep saying come next day. Not helpful at all.

Never had a good experience here, every time there’s at least a 20 minute wait for them to find the prescription. A 92 year old man came for a Covid jab appointment and they failed to let him know they didn’t have the supplies so he travelled for no reason. Never any apology or understanding.

Rang yesterday for my wife's repeat prescription, which she's she's been having from here for the last two years for hypertension. As normal, they've not got the full prescription. Asked them to prepare it ready for collection, picked my wife up on her lunch break so she could get her medication, only to be told it wasn't ready and to wait! She didn't have time to wait and had to go back at 5pm, only to wait again!
Disorganised chaos!
Profits before customers, use only if you've got weeks free and your medication is not urgent!!

All the staff are super helpful, and go out of their way to fulfil prescriptions, and obtain products for customers. I haven't had to request advice for anything, but they are very thorough with other patient queries.

Absolutely appalled. Made appointment for covid jab. When I arrived was told to sign a form for blood pressure check. I refused as own GP sees me for this. Then realized this 5 minute appointment was going to be very much longer as each person was having BP checked. The pharmacy will be claiming for a BP check I didn't need or want. Terrible.

Booked covid jab. Tried ringing as I saw earlier review saying they were closed. It just rang. Needs a voicemail with opening times on it. Drove over. Closed. Nothing on Google or main website to say they should be closed. Got all the normal reminders for the appointment from NHS.co.uk. Very disappointed.
